Exchange Policy (14 Days)
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:
What You Can Exchange
Wrong size: We'll help you get the right fit
Defective or damaged item: If the product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect
Different color/style: Subject to availability
How to Exchange
- Email us at admin@skiyato.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for exchange
- We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
Exchange Shipping
- For size exchanges: Shipping cost is borne by the customer
- For defective or damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost
Refund Policy
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged (not due to wear, tear, or human damage):
- Full refund of the product price
- Free return shipping – we'll send you a prepaid label
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
No Refunds for Other Reasons
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
- We do not offer refunds for items that are worn, damaged, or show signs of use
- We do not offer refunds for special/custom sizes
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Special or custom sizes (made to order)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items that show signs of regular use or wear
- Gift cards
How to Start an Exchange or Refund
Step 1: Email Us
Contact us at admin@skiyato.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for exchange or refund
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Step 2: We'll Respond
We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Item
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number inside the package
- Ship to the address we provide
Step 4: Receive Your Exchange or Refund
- For exchanges: We'll ship your new item within 5–7 business days after receiving your return
- For refunds: We'll process the refund within 5–10 business days after inspection
Jewelry Care Tips
To keep your SKIYATO jewelry looking beautiful:
- Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising
- Clean with a soft cloth after each wear
- Store separately to prevent scratching
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, or chemicals
Proper care helps your jewelry last longer and reduces the need for exchanges or repairs.
