What's the difference between moissanite and diamond?
Moissanite has a higher refractive index (2.65–2.69 vs 2.42 for diamond), which means it has more fire and rainbow sparkle. It's also more affordable and ethically made. The only difference you might notice is that moissanite has slightly more colorful sparkle.
Is moissanite durable enough for everyday wear?
Yes. Moissanite scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, second only to diamond (10). It's perfect for everyday wear and will last a lifetime.
Will moissanite turn yellow or cloudy over time?
No. High-quality D/E color moissanite will not turn yellow, gray, or cloudy. It maintains its brilliance for life.
What quality of moissanite do you use?
We use only top-grade E color, VVS1 clarity moissanite. Each stone is carefully selected for optimal fire, clarity, and brilliance.
s your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Our jewelry is made with 925 sterling silver and 18K gold vermeil, which is generally hypoallergenic. However, if you have very sensitive skin or metal allergies, we recommend checking the material details on each product page.
Will the 18K gold plating fade?
All gold plating will eventually fade over time with regular wear. However, our 18K gold vermeil has a thicker plating layer than standard fashion jewelry, which makes it more durable. With proper care, it can last 2-4 years or longer.
What's the difference between vermeil and regular plating?
Vermeil is thick 18K gold plating (2.5 microns or more) over sterling silver, while regular plating is much thinner. Vermeil is more durable, more luxurious, and lasts longer.
How do I make the gold plating last longer?
- Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chemicals
- Clean gently with a soft cloth after each wear
- Store in a dry place, separately to prevent scratching
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver can tarnish over time, but the 18K gold vermeil layer helps protect it. If it does tarnish, you can restore the shine with a soft polishing cloth.
How do I clean my moissanite jewelry?
- Use warm water and mild dish soap
- Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush
- Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth
- Or use a professional jewelry cleaning solution
Can I wear my jewelry to the pool, beach, or gym?
No. Chlorine, salt water, and sweat can damage the gold plating. Please remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
How do I store my jewelry?
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratching. Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your desired product and size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your full credit card information.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request to change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at admin@skiyato.com. After that, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed.
What if I made a mistake with my shipping address?
If you realize you've entered the wrong address, email us immediately at admin@skiyato.com. We'll try to update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Will I be charged for customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please check your card details, ensure you have sufficient funds, and try again. You can also try a different payment method or contact your bank.
Do you offer installment payments?
We currently do not offer installment payments. However, PayPal may offer payment plans depending on your account.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We only offer refunds if the item arrives defective or damaged(not due to wear, tear, or human damage).
Can I exchange my item if the size is wrong?
Yes. We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. For size exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
No. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only available if the item arrives defective or damaged.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it and, if approved, cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or full refund.
What counts as "defective or damaged"?
- Cracks or chips in the stone
- Stone falling out
- Defective clasp or setting
- Physical damage from manufacturin
What does NOT count as defective?
- Normal wear and tear
- Plating fading over time (this is normal)
- Damage from improper care or accidents
- Changes in color due to exposure to chemicals
What items cannot be returned or exchanged?
- Special or custom sizes (made to order)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items that show signs of regular use or wear
- Gift cards
How do I start an exchange or refund?
- Email us at admin@skiyato.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Include photos of the issue (if defective or damaged)
- We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
Who pays for return shipping?
- For size exchanges: Customer pays return shipping
- For defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping
How long does an exchange take?
After we receive your return, we'll ship your new item within 5–7 business days. Total time depends on your shipping location.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different color or style?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us at admin@skiyato.com to check availability. If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package online.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 14 days, email us at admin@skiyato.com. We'll investigate and help you with the next steps.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days before shipping. If your order hasn't shipped after 7 business days, email us to check the status.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realize you've entered the wrong address, email us immediately at admin@skiyato.com. We may be able to update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
No. Most packages do not require a signature. However, depending on your carrier, you may need to sign for receipt
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
